JOMAR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS — BETA TESTER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure and Beta Testing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JoMar Business Solutions, owned and operated by Leslie Green-Wallace, Fort Worth, Texas ("Company"), and the individual accessing this portal ("Beta Tester").

The Company is providing Beta Tester access to its proprietary software platforms — including ClarityCommand and ClarityCommand Care ("Platform") — for testing and evaluation prior to public launch. This access is granted free or at a reduced rate in exchange for honest participation and feedback.

Beta Tester agrees to keep all Platform information strictly confidential, including design, features, functionality, pricing, business processes, software, content, tools, strategies, and any other proprietary information. Beta Tester shall not disclose, share, copy, or transmit any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from JoMar Business Solutions.

• Share screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of the Platform on social media or with third parties
• Copy, recreate, or replicate any feature, design, tool, or system from the Platform
• Share login credentials with any other person
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal testing and evaluation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use any confidential information for competitive purposes

All content, tools, designs, strategies, templates, AI systems, and features within the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of JoMar Business Solutions. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to Beta Tester.

Beta Tester agrees to provide honest feedback. Any feedback or suggestions submitted may be used by JoMar Business Solutions to improve the Platform without any obligation or compensation to Beta Tester.

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of Portal access and for two (2) years following termination of such access.

JoMar Business Solutions reserves the right to terminate any Beta Tester's access at any time, for any reason. Violation of this Agreement may result in legal action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
